The protagonist Assef is a really crazy guy who wants to start a genocide. He is a modern day hitler. Not only does he harass Hassan for being a Hazara, but Amir for having him as a servent. I wouldnt want to get in the way of assef's notorious brass nuckles either. I also know that hes the one thats going to rape one of the boys, and thats weird. I dont want it to get too graphic. i dont really know much about Assef right now so ill need to read more to be able to analyize him further than this.
